Fees & Insurance

Therapy services are an investment in your child. Quality care using an evidence-based approach can result in significant and lasting changes, changes that can change the way your child sees themselves and improve their relationships – for the rest of their lives. There is nothing more worth investing in.

Fees & Insurance

Wholesome Healing and all our providers are "out of network", meaning we do not participate with any insurance plans. Our number one value as a practice is providing the highest quality, individualized care - so that each child and family gets exactly what THEY need. We do not participate with any insurance networks because we feel strongly that third parties should not dictate the nature and duration of the therapy that we provide.

All payment is required at the time of service. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Superbills are provided on the 1st of every month. Clients can submit these to their insurance provider to request out-of-network reimbursement.

Most clients we work with get some type of reimbursement from their insurance, but it will depend on your plan.
It is helpful to call your insurance prior to beginning sessions to ask what reimbursement they provide when you see an out of network provider.
Many families we work with also use Health Savings Plans or Flexible Spending Plans to pay for sessions.

Good Faith Estimate – Notice
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask any health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
