Christiana brings a warm, holistic approach to her work with children and families. As the office manager at Wholesome Healing, she is your friendly point of contact during the intake process and is happy to assist with any questions about fees, billing, or getting started with services.

With a background as an elementary school teacher and a deep passion for supporting family wellness, Christiana is currently completing her Master’s degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health (graduating December 2025). Through her private practice, Nutrida, she offers individualized nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy.

Christiana is especially passionate about helping children, families, and individuals build a positive relationship with food, feel confident in their choices, and bring more joy to mealtimes.
